Sorry, but when could we expect TFS Power tool for process customization?

Hi Mohamed, I'm glad you like it! I agree that Ed and Ewald did a great job. The team is hard at work on the TFS11 version of the Team Foundation Power Tools (which includes the Process Template Editor). I don't have an exact timeframe to share yet but stay tuned.

Will TFS (above Express) run on Windows Server 2008 R2 Web? In other words does it require Active Directory etc. like previous versions which is not available on the Web edition of Windows?

    Great Video.

What about Personal Queries being upgraded. We had issues where exported team queries had to be modified in order to work on 2010, what steps need to be followed to upgrade exported my queries to work against Dev11? We are still using SharePoint to manage queries - http://blogs.msdn.com/b/noahc/archive/2007/01/19/managing-lots-of-work-item-queries.aspx

What about custom Link-Types? We'd added a custom circular reference link type that allows for multiple parent-child relationships.

We have customized the work item categories used by MTM, how do we upgrade the workitem category types?

We are using several custom controls, the checkbox control, multi-select value control, how do we upgrade these to Dev11?

We have heavily customized the Excel Workbooks used in 2010, how do we upgrade the VBA (say to use the new dates on the Settings date for iterations) for TFS 11?

What about our SharePoint portals and the web parts that our business Analysts have customized, how we do use the new Dev11 chrome in these web parts?

How do we upgrade our OOB SSRS 2010 reports to TFS11 reports, what changes have happened to the cube?

@Allen Feinberg: In the upgrade from TFS2008 to TFS2010 there were major changes in the query architecture. In this upgrade that is not the case. During upgrade we will not touch your queries. Anything you want to do with queries, you need to do yourself.

The same is for the linktypes. We will not do anything in this area. Custom link types will continue to work in an upgraded team project.

For the work item categories: I don't understand the question.

On custom controls: your controls for windows will continue to work but if you have created web controls, you need to redo them. There is great guidance from the rangers at http://vsartfsptguide.codeplex.com/ which includes how to create a new web control for work items.

In TFS 11 we don't make use of the Excel workbooks anymore because we have the backlog and the board on the web. If you want to learn more about these features, you can check out the session by Aaron Bjork: https://channel9.msdn.com/Events/BUILD/BUILD2011/TOOL-793T

We have not really changed the reports in TFS 11. The reports you have will continue to work.
