One of the great features of Microsoft’s new search engine Bing.com are the gorgeous background images that rotate out on a daily basis. Already we’ve come across a number of ways to turn these photos into desktop wallpaper, and now there’s a way to port these images to your iPhone, too.
Although obviously not created by Microsoft, this handy tool points to the growing popularity of the Bing search engine and its features. The simple application retrieves the current day’s wallpaper for you from all the different Bing localized homepages. You can then move, zoom, or crop the image before setting it as your iPhone background. You can also save your favorite images to your phone and then sync them back to your PC too for backup.
The free app is available here on iTunes. Meanwhile, if you actually want to surf with Bing on your iPhone, just visit m.bing.com. Remember: you can set this as a homescreen icon, too, for easy access.
