A new blog about Windows 7 was launched yesterday. Its straightforward title (“The Windows 7 Blog for Developers”) makes it clear what the site is all about, and the first post further expands on their intentions. According to blogger, “yochayk,” the site will become a “one-stop shop” for developers who want to get familiar with what Windows 7 has to offer. In other words, developers planning on writing code using one of Windows 7’s new features should soon be able to find some reference to that topic within the blog. What else can developers expect to find here? Code samples, cool demos showcasing some Windows 7’s features, and web casts featuring people from within different parts of the Windows organization. Sounds exciting! But something tells me we won’t see any new posts until PDC.
