Windows Live Video Messages Updated

Description

Windows Live Video Messages, the service that lets you send video emails to your family and friends, was recently updated to fit in with the rest of the Windows Live family of services. Now, at the top of the screen, you’ll notice that Video Messages is sporting the Windows Live header that links to the other parts of the Windows Live network, including your Home page, Mail, Photos, etc. The storage space for the video messages themselves has also doubled in size, from 2 GB to 4 GB.

I love the concept of Video Messages and very pleased with the direction of Windows Live in general.  However, I don't think Live Video Messages should be on a separate website.  In my mind, this should be integrated with Live Hotmail, SkyDrive and Live People.  Perhaps this Beta website is just a placeholder to further develop the service before integrating more fully.  I'll be watching closely because this one of the more useful additions to Windows Live.
