Description

Paul DeCarlo visits Infusion's Houston office to discuss their Enterprise grade Barbecue monitoring system running on a Raspberry Pi 2 device with Windows 10 IoT Core and powered by Azure IoT Hubs.

The device is outfitted with a temperature probe, user interface, and network communication.  It is fully capable of headless operation and feeds into an Azure service capable of ingesting up to 1 million events per second.

The data can be visualized directly from the device in real-time and is also aggregated into visual reports using Power BI for archival and analytics.

It also features a companion app created using Cordova Tools to run across Android, IOS, and Windows and Windows devices using a single codebase.
