A process is a product of its era. In 2001, when Agile 1.0 was conceived, the world was very different than what it is today. No Facebook. No Instagram. No Pinterest. The premise of this presentation is that the differences between where we were then and where are now lead us to a different process, Agile 2.0. The current level of interconnectedness is the greatest difference between now and then.
