How do I access the puppet enterprise web console on the master server? Is there a howto guide how I setup a server, including 1 simple app, using best practice for azure?

@John, Puppet Labs maintain a great guide at http://puppetlabs.com/solutions/microsoft

Can we connect VM instances of PaaS services (e.g. web/worker roles) with Puppet Agent? E.g. to provision additional infrastructure while still taking advantage of Azure PaaS development platform.
I can't seem to find puppet agent option on web/worker instances. Only on IaaS VMs.

The Puppet Module currently does not support PaaS only IaaS. It is interesting to think about how Puppet might include PaaS too. If you would like to expand on precisely what you would like to achieve that might be helpful. Thanks for your feedback.
