Very good stuff and very relevant.

We may have to re-evaluate our own architecture now. We have a traditional front end, back end (wcf service) and SQL database running on combination of Azure VM and SQL. Our intention behind separating front end with back end (wcf service) was independent scalability of each component.

Not sure if that is still relevant or required in the cloud scenario. When might I find more material on this stuff??
