Could Microsoft Virtual Academy offers a course for migrate old XAML apps (Silverlight) to XAML Windows Store apps?
You say WPF isn't dead but then you don't provide a single example of an improvement, bug fix, nor road map on what your plans are. Considering the lack of progress with WPF since you killed it at Build 2011 understand why it's hard for developers to believe you.

Please show a sign that WPF is not dead. At the moment even serious bugs will not be fixed :-(
There is a difference between dead and mostly dead.
@DeathByVisualStudio: I am waiting for this too and agree completely !
It's sad :( when you get seduced by Microsoft then they toss you to one side when they see another carrot to chase after. It's a shame they will probably not update WPF imho. There is no immediate reason for them to do it.
Great to hear about the history and future of XAML. I love working with XAML and its good to know its part of .net's future. Go XAML! html wants to be you
@DeathByVisualStudio:/@Ibrar:
WPF version 4.5 was released a year after your claimed 'death' date. Here are the release notes.
