Awesome!
There are two audios now, please check that.
Great session!
Any idea where I can find the VS 2015 C++ extension for Linux shown on the demo?
Just upgraded to VS2015 Update2, but it doesn't seems to be built-in.
Regards.
Adding support for Blend in Xamarin Forms App will be great.
Could you let us know if a single-audio (repaired) version of Amanda's talk will be available here later?
as pointed out above it's a sound overlapping in this session from 07:25 drowned the speaker voice totally and omit vital information
Is this video coming back?
@anilmujagic : +1
@AbelPereira, the Visual C++ for Linux development extension is available for download here: https://aka.ms/vslinuxext. You can find more information about it on our blog: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/vcblog/2016/03/30/visual-c-for-linux-development/
Cool features .. looking forward for the update.. Small suggestion when intellisense suggests a method why not adding the braces next to it () automatically. This is always a problem for simple things just like in your demo...
Fix volume level, please
Why the hell is VS 2015 supporting Ruby? Yuck! :S
I have the same problem with 2 audio streams.
I don't think it is the fact that the video has two stream rather that the web page has the video I would like to view and a smaller video stream at the top of the page with a live stream from Build.
If I could turn off the sound from the live stream it would help. Maybe it will fix itself if I try to view the video once Build finishes
You mean they aren't getting rid of Visual Studio? I figured they would replace it with a less functional tool like Visual Studio Code like they did with ASP.NET, .NET etc.
Looking forward to try the new features.
What was the hot key she used for go to line?
Control-G
I second the guy asking for Xamarin.Forms Blend support, at least for Windows Phone, not necessarily other platforms initially...but all the other stuff is awesome too...just one question about the Linux thing, give user mode is coming does this mean that we could run gcc compiler within regular windows and not Linux VM for OpenCV type of projects?
Amanda is cute, but why code window isn't full screen?
Any idea when we can have access to these features (F12 into github, debug it)
They don't exist in VS 15 Preview ,right?
