Does MS finally have some plan to build some half-decent datacentre (not rented one as useless outdated premises in cardiff or london) in the UK before introducing any new VM computes?

There's billion investment going on in France but UK is forgotten and rotten places with no power nor space are being rented instead.

Yes trading in London have zero interest to azure from Netherlands. Zero.

What difference does the data centre make, if you're consuming the services that run on top? The data centre makes no difference to how the services operate, only where they are located.
