How this looks in 2019?We need a functional way to create a Agent Call Center like functionality to perform human hand off and let agents pick up multiple chats?Bots are becoming so popular and being multiplied in numbers, but a better human assistance mechanism is still at large. Some good thought can take the bots ecosystem to new level.Amit
