Sign in to queue

Description

This session provides an overview to HP’s design of a flexible and highly available infrastructure to support Microsoft Lync Server 2013, including key considerations for transitioning to Skype for Business Server. The HP Converged Systems Reference Architecture highlights an enterprise solution, sized and validated to support 5,000 Enterprise Voice users. HP SDN is also included in this solution and is designed to optimize Lync network traffic over HP’s OpenFlow compliant networking components. The RA test results are reviewed to demonstrate that the server and network devices selected for the RA configuration support a workload for 5,000 users during normal operational conditions as well as in multiple failure scenarios.
