Real-world value and experiences with Nested Virtualization in Windows Server 2016 (Repeat)
Customers spend considerable time for environments to support training, testing, events, etc. Creating, distributing, and maintaining these environments can be overly complex and costly. Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10 introduced Nested Virtualization into Hyper-V. This new capability is the foundation for customers to greatly simplify and save significant time in the lifecycle of creating, maintaining, and distributing environments. This session walks through real-world scenarios where this has been leveraged, leveraging servers as well as Surface devices as hosts, the learnings from these experiences, and best practices to share with customers.
