Premier Support - Support Options for Lync Server
Over the last few years Microsoft support for Lync has evolved with a range of standard and enhanced options from Microsoft Premier through to end to end Solution Support available from Lync Certified Support Partners now available. Making sure you selected the support option that best fits your requirements is key to the ongoing health and availability of your Lync deployment.
As well as looking at the different support options available, we will also look briefly at the Proactive Support Services available from Microsoft, such as: Support Structure Mapping and RAP as a Service (RaaS) for Lync Server.
Attending this session will help you understand the differences between Premier Support, Enhanced Premier Support and partner-led Solution Support, and how to effectively choose the correct support solution for your (or your customer's) environment.
