The Discussion

It would be great if Microsoft included some discussion of doing DevOps with TFVC and not just Git repos.

i was offered a free Azure account last year and had some difficulties due to a change in circumstances.  I wasn't able to take advantage of along with VS and Xamaran, etc.  It's my understanding that you offer this free option to new users only.  Is that correct? I would to be reconsidered as a new user, if possible since I didn't get the opportunity to, even, start using it a year ago.

    As always, any help's appreciated.

    Thank you!
