How can you be an Agile company and what does that entail?
I tend to focus more holistically on how we can apply Agility thinking to our life, work and communities. We can grow exponentially by developing the Agility of people and organisations by first growing the talent and potential of people in totally different ways from what we have always done. Agile is a way of life. You don’t do Agile….You become Agile. It requires a fundamental change in our behaviour and in our understanding of leadership. It is largely about people, not treating people as resources but treating people as people. It’s about inspiring people to become their best and to find smarter ways to cope with the rapid pace of change. And to do this effectively many progressive organisations globally are embracing Agile principles and Scrum values as a new way of working (the winning way of working). And in an ever-faster-moving world, leadership is increasingly needed from more and more people, no matter where they are in the hierarchy. Agile is a strategic accelerator for businesses in the 21st century.
