John Kim

John Kim is a Senior Project Manager with Conversagent where he is responsible for developing and maintaining large scale deployments of Conversagent's Automated Service Agents for clients such as Panasonic, AOL, and Cox Communications. He is a strong advocate of natural language customer service solutions that transform FAQ confusion into friendly conversation. Prior to joining Conversagent, he was the Program Manager for SIMmersion LLC, where he developed interactive video training simulations for the FBI, DEA, U.S. Army, and other government agencies. John holds an MFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU.
