Andrew Richards is a Senior Software Development Engineer for Windows Reliability, and was formerly a Senior Escalation Engineer for Windows OEM and Exchange Server. He troubleshoots the most difficult of issues - from user mode all the way down to the kernel mode. He has a passion for support tools. He's continually creating new debugger extensions, and other support applications, that simplify the job of support engineers. Andrew wrote a three-part series for MSDN Magazine on debugging extensions, and an article on ProcDump. Andrew works regularily with Mark Russinovich on the Sysinternals tools. He codes ProcDump and reviewed the Sysinternals Administrator's Reference book. He has a weekly troubleshooting show on Channel 9 called Defrag Tools.
