Chad leads the team responsible for Customer Success of Microsoft Office 365 in the Central United States. The Customer Success team is responsible for driving customer adoption and business value and works with the customer to map the technical capabilities of Office 365 to suit their business objectives. Chad joined the Yammer Customer Success team prior to the Microsoft acquisition and has helped the team grow from a small group based out of San Francisco, to a global team. He has over 15 years of Enterprise IT experience, which is necessary when working with some of the largest companies in the world.
