Daniele is a Father. Husband. Composer. Writer. Poet. Photographer. Speaker. Luthier. Coder. Generally speaking, a 'maker'.
Daniele Muscetta’s journey with computers and software started when he began programming on a Commodore 64 at the age of ten. Daniele preferred to write programs on his Commodore 64 rather than playing games with it like the other kids did. Daniele has worked at Microsoft for 7 years in Europe as a Premier Field Engineer who specialized in both System Center Operations Manager and scripting technologies such as VBScript and Windows PowerShell. In 2011 he relocated to Seattle, and started working in Microsoft corporation as Program Manager in the Operations Manager team. He worked for a couple of years on the .NET Application Performance Monitoring feature in System Center 2012 Operations Manager, Service Pack 1 and R2 releases, on the early incubation of Visual Studio Online Application Insights, and later he started the 'reset' of System Center Advisor into Azure Operational Insights / Microsoft Operations Management Studio. The 'speaker' engagements/recording on this site are from this period.
In 2015 Daniele moved back to Europe and later he retired from Microsoft.
