Georgiana Badea

Georgiana Badea is currently a consultant with Microsoft Consulting Services in Ottawa. Georgiana is a graduate of the Ottawa University with a Master’s in Business Administration and over 12 years of experience in enterprise content management (ECM), customer relationships management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems implementations, customizations and integrations. She has worked extensively with Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics CRM/xRM platforms, designing end-to-end solutions to address a variety of corporate needs. As a SharePoint consultant she focuses on content management, collaboration, search and process automation applications, business intelligence applications, governance and ERP/CRM integration solutions. Her main areas of expertise include Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. She is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, holding a number of professional certifications for the business applications listed above.
