Jeremy Kelly is currently a Principal Escalation Engineer for Office365 where he responsible for building automated diagnostic solutions into Office365. He engages directly with customers situations involving executive-level escalations and some of the most technically challenging issues encountered in support to ensure timely resolution of problems. He has held various roles in support and engineering teams spanning SQL, Windows Server, and Windows Azure. With 15+ years experience spanning multiple versions of Exchange Server, he has very deep passion for Exchange and earned a reputation for solving difficult problems.
