John Dirks

John directs field and usability lab studies at Blink Interactive, a user experience research and design company based in Seattle, Washington. Over the past 15 years, John has helped companies like Microsoft, McGraw-Hill, Starbucks, and ABC-TV/Disney improve the usability of their websites, applications, and consumer electronics. John earned a Master of Science from the University of Washington and a graduate certificate in Human Centered Design.
