Matt Ontell

Matt is a Principal Program Manager in the Office Customer Experience Team, focused on helping organizations move quickly and confidently to the cloud with FastTrack. He joined Yammer's Customer Success team back in 2010, prior to it's acquisition by Microsoft, helping organizations become more responsive. He eventually led the Office 365 Customer Success team for the Americas before joining the FastTrack team. He has a passion for organizational change management, culture change, driving adoption and value, and helping people and their organizations make the most of the latest technology.
