Michael has 17-years of experience working in the communications industry. From WAN and MAN network design leveraging legacy and IP technologies, bridging the gap for O365 users to interconnect with legacy PSTN endpoints, and from MPLS to SDN he has participated in the broad networking transformation to what is now Unified Communications. In his current role he's focused on ensuring that UC services are delivered in a high-quality, reliable, predictable and repeatable way in order to drive widespread adoption of UC solutions across all deployment topologies and access technologies. As the world moves to richer and more engaging means of communicating, analytics forms the basis of service assurance, without which UC service adoption is hampered and legacy, inefficient, less productive and less fulfilling means of doing business are perpetuated.
