Paul has worked at Microsoft UK since 2004, primarily as a Senior Support Escalation Engineer within the Windows Core and Networking teams resolving network based issues across Microsoft and 3rd party products for our customers. In 2012 he moved to our Premier Field Engineering team and has concentrated on network problem isolation, specifically within the Cloud/Office 365 space. Paul developed, and was the lead for the Office 365 Network Assessment which has been delivered to thousands of enterprise customers to enable Office 365 deployment and operational success and has also enabled him to gain a wide experience of common customer issues with Office 365 connectivity. Paul is currently a Senior Program Manager in the Office 365 CXP team, concentrating on Office 365 network performance and connectivity.
