Rodney Jackson

I started working for Microsoft in 1997 as a Support Engineer and moved into the role of a Dedicated Support Engineer in 2000. In this role I have provided support proactive services, supportability reviews, health check assessments and training for Fortune 500 companies such as NBC, GE, Merck, United States Army Reserve, Home Depot and many others. I have been a featured speaker at the Microsoft Management Summit (a national technology conference) every year since 2006. I have over 18 years of experience in the computer software and hardware industry. I am currently a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and hold an ITIL Certification.
