SharePoint 2010 makes significant improvements to how key architectural components in a farm and implemented and managed, which means appropriate consideration needs to be made when building your environments to get the most out of the new platform. In this session we will discuss some of these change, including what service applications are and how they work and can scale, as well as ways you can optimise the physical architecture of your farm.
