SharePoint 2013 Authentication with Azure – Part II

If you have considered a SharePoint extranet, one of the most difficult components is generally Authentication.  Providing an authentication source becomes very difficult, especially if you have to manage it yourself, provisioning user accounts and providing assistance to reset passwords.  The best possible solution would be to use an external identity provider, enter Azure Access Control Services. In this session Mark will introduce Azure ACS and show you how to configure SharePoint 2010 or 2013 to connect into Azure ACS, allowing your users to authentication with either their Windows Live, Open Authentication or Facebook user accounts and access your SharePoint environment, taking away all the hassle of having to provide an authentication source.
