What’s New for Windows 8 Devs Part 3

As with any app, user experience is fundamental to its success; but experience is more than looks and design. Windows 8, and it’s WinRT APIs have opened up a new ecosystem of integration points and capabilities that allow developers to expand their applications in new ways, and maximise on the user experience to help improve success. This session will highlight some of the new ways we can now integrate into hardware and devices, maximise interoperability with other platforms, and use new technologies that are now available to us.
