Slides (view online)
Procuring and configuring infrastructure to generate load against your applications is both expensive and time consuming, especially as you only need to test load occasionally. In this session we'll look at load testing in Visual Studio and then have a look at the recently announced cloud-powered load testing capability. You will see how you can use this service with just a Team Foundation Service account - that's it and no other prerequisites. This elastic and dynamic load testing service makes it easy for you to run load tests, so you can spend time finding and fixing performance bottlenecks rather than setting up infrastructure._x000D_

  • someone tell me when the wmv are ready. These files @ channel9 are always too large

  • Duncan MackenzieDuncanma "yeah that's awful close, but that's not why I'm so hard done by"

@ojorma:There won't be a WMV, but we have a mid and low quality version of the MP4 available now.

  • @Duncanma: its still to large. I'll rather go for wmv large than mp4 mid. I dont know what MS uses for their compression but I could get a much smaller size for a 1hr vid at really good quality too. Not everyone lives in japan, france and other parts of europe. I download here will zap my data plan. I always download channel9 vids but this teched. SMH
