The adoption of Lync as a PBX replacement within the enterprise has been widely adopted by many organisations. Combining Lync with industry leading contact centre applications further enhances the capabilities of the Microsoft platform. This session dives into the architecture and methods used to integrate contact centres directly with the Lync platform. We will cover Response Groups, Direct SIP, UCMA and client side integration methods. Each of these will be clearly explained and then demonstrated. The session will be co-presented by John Regos from Zeacom and Mario D’Silva from Aspect. Both of these vendors take a different approach to integration with Lync.
