With the recent release of Composite Application Guidance for WPF from Microsoft patterns and practices, guidance on building composite client applications that can take advantage of the power of WPF to deliver a superior user experience is now available. The next release of this guidance will extend it to include Silverlight, allowing you to build composite Silverlight RIA applications as well as composite WPF desktop applications. By using the same underlying composite design patterns, you can maximize re-use between the two environments and build applications that can provide both a desktop and a RIA experience. In this session, we'll take a deep dive into the new guidance and demo it's new features and patterns.
