For several years North Shore City Council (NSCC) focused on ‘transforming’ its business model towards a citizen centric approach to service delivery and customer engagement. Digital channels and in particular the Internet, was identified as the dominant channel the Council would increasingly use for this. Find out how the strategic vision provided a path to a web-enabled technology platform that allows citizens and customers access to a range of information and services, enabling them to transact with Council electronically at a time and place of their choosing without having the need to visit a council office.
