With the acquisition of NetBreeze in March last year, Dynamics CRM will offer out of the box integration with social networking sites (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc). Recent releases code name Subra introduced the long awaited social features._x000D_ Marrying social data with your CRM data will give organisations an advantage. Organisations will be able to actively listen to what their customers have to say about their products and image. Not only will you be able to track how your organisation is doing but you’ll also be able to measure competitor’s social trends. Furthermore, the Yammer integration offers organisations a modern internal communication tool._x000D_ This session will cover hands on examples on how these social tools can be used within CRM 2013 with a focus on the integration with networking sites, and dashboard reporting to visualise social trends.
