This interactive session covers the details around troubleshooting Voice in Office Communications Server 2007 R2. Come prepared to discuss real-world issues, as we breakdown how to troubleshoot everyday issues and complex issues that occur in environments where enterprise voice is deployed with OCS 2007 R2. In addition we take a look at OCS 2007 R2 voice related resource tools that are available and provide scenarios and examples of when, where, and how to use them. We take a deep dive into logs, validation tools, and diagnostic reports and take out the voice centric pieces for troubleshooting.
