High functioning teams are alike,but each dysfunctional team is dysfunctional in its own way. As you know,software development is a function of tools,process and culture (people). Sure,the wrong tools and process can be a source of dysfunction,but it’s usually the culture. In this session we discuss the various ways a software development team can become dysfunctional.
