Sure, the wrong tools and process can be a source of dysfunction, but it’s usually the culture. In this session we discuss the various ways a software development team can become dysfunctional. We analyze how the dysfunction came to be and, more importantly, how to overcome it in order to keep the project on the rails. Be sure to attend this session to see if your team is mentioned.
