This session guides attendees through three key deployment project phases: Plan,Prepare,and Migrate,focusing on the tasks handled by partners and customers,and providing a high-level review of tasks handled internally by Microsoft services teams. This session does not cover processes that occur prior to deployment (Sales and Initial Assessment) and post-deployment (Operations).
