During this session we discuss tools and techniques that can be used to troubleshoot Microsoft Office in the enterprise. The focus of this session is troubleshooting Outlook, but we also cover Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Along the way we discuss some best practices to prevent problems from occurring. Office 2010 is used for demonstration purposes, but many of the tools and techniques covered in this session can also be applied to other versions of Office.
