Description

This session provides a technical drilldown into the new Scale Out File Server for file-based storage with Microsoft Hyper-V and Microsoft SQL Server. For the first time Microsoft will have a zero downtime file server solution for both planned and unplanned downtime. This session goes under the hood and gives the technical details on how this is accomplished. This includes the new cluster architecture with the Distributed Network Name, Distributed File Server, and Cluster Shared Volumes. It also includes the SMB 3.0 enhancements along with new Resume Key Filter manager that enable this. #TEWSV410
