Great content, well delivered. My question is, how do you deliver this message to TDMs and their lower level reports?

Jamal, First of I would like to say this was the best session I attended. I talked to you after and you provided some good points. You also stated that to help getting that automation level and tying things together that I should look up PLA. Unfortunately I'm not able to find anything that would relate to data centers and PLAs. So I'm just going back and trying to find how do we go about getting that automation layer down so that our team can focus on our customers and not just building things.

Hi James, I'm glad you found the session of value. You can find the Fabric Management (System Center 2012) PLA by searching for "Infrastructure-as-a-Service Product Line Architecture Fabric Management Architecture Guide" and the Fabric deployment guide (Windows Server 2012) by searching for "Infrastructure-as-a-Service Product Line Architecture Fabric Architecture Guide". For some reason I am unable to post links into this window.

Let me know if this is what you were looking for and I will talk to you soon.
