Customers using the Microsoft System Center 2012 data warehouse that is part of Service Manager are now finally getting to the point where they want to create more advanced reports. In this session we dive into deep technical detail on important topics such as cube extensions, custom cube creation, and cube analysis using Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. We also discuss how to solve some of the common problems that customers have with the data warehouse, such as how to group data by date, move the action log content to the data warehouse, and so on.
