Using Windows PowerShell Magic to Manage Microsoft Office 365

A great way to manage Microsoft Office 365 is through the Office 365 Admin Center. However, when you need to do a lot of configuration, managing Office 365 through PowerShell can boost productivity. In this session we explore PowerShell for Office 365 and have some PowerShell fun!
PowerShell to do all the things!!!!!
PowerShell fun - YES!
Should be interesting... anything powershell is good to know.
I'm interested in learning how we can use Powershell to manage user migrations from on-prem Lync to 365 in a hybrid environment.
Extremely interested in:
How to perform queries for large organizations (best practices)
How to run optimally run scripts for large batches and optimize time (reducing hours to minutes)
How to avoid throttling
How to do queries that can be done via portal in seconds (finding mailboxes/archives with no licenses (we can do in portal but takes hours to run to query all mailboxes and look for license)
Thanks!
