Users want the convenience of being able to access their work user data on home computers, tablets, and other devices outside of an organization’s control. Organizations need to maintain control and security over that data.  Windows Server Work Folders is a feature new in Windows 8.1 that addresses this challenge by enabling users to synchronize centralized work-related user data with devices, while ensuring that the data meets security and regulatory compliance requirements.
