SQL Server 2014 now supports deploying Failover Cluster Instances on top of Windows Server 2012 R2 Cluster Shared Volumes (CSV). You can now leverage the same CSV storage deployment model you do for your Hyper-V and Scale-out File Server deployments, with SQL Server.
