      Still no video at all using IE 11 and only a few seconds of video using Chrome just to prove that the showis actually rolling live as I type.

      So annoying - and yesterday's broadcast was far better than today's screen of darkness :(

      My first live streaming event - possibly my last. I can't seem to get more than 10-15 seconds at a time.

      So Microsoft advertised how great their quality of streaming of the Olympics from Russia but now from Houston Texas the stream is totally useless....

      @engrbobw:

      Sorry for the terrible streaming experience folks, we have a better (more stable) version up at http://lt.channel9.msdn.com

      Recording will be fine, but if you want to see it all now, you can scrub back in the Flash player

      That new link is not working for me - will this issue impact the rest of todays streaming sessions on the schedule?

      I'm a little disappointed by announcements for "The Future of .NET on the Server".

      Developers we are wating for a BIG announcement, like this: "full .NET and IIS now available for Linux and other flavors of Unix".

      Perhaps Microsoft could learn from Java's strategy: "Write once, run anywhere".

      At the end of the day, in my opinion, Microsoft is the most innovative enterprise in the IT arena.

      Great news and presentation! Really impressed with the new direction and I can count on continuing improving my investment on .net and asp.net since it will be platform agnostic in future.

      Looks really interesting. However being a big PowerShell fan, I have to wonder why you didn't go with PowerShell commands instead of k/kvm.  And why doesn't "Publish" generate PowerShell script files?

      The MP4 videos don't work on Windows Phone 8.1. What is the best option to watch the MP4 videos on Windows Phone 8.1?

      Scott Hanselman says "if its obvious it will be there".  In todays world where there doesn't seem to be a maturation time frame anymore, nothing is obvious.

      Keep the 500 error, but make the sounds configurable! :)

      Also arguable whether "factory" methods are truly DI. Possibly "service locator", but this is widely viewed as being the anti-pattern of anti-patterns when discussing DI. But anyway... Nice looking advances.

      Great direction for ASP.NET. Totally love it! It is the best web frameworks that is out there IMHO.

      Love to run asp.net and c# on linux(easily)! This to allow .net inside a docker
