    Also on the session you told how hard is to trace eight Front End at the same time. But I started to wonder have you ever tried to use:

    (Get-CsUserPoolInfo -Identity UserID).PrimaryPoolMachinesInPreferredOrder | ft fqdn

    You really don't need to trace all Front End servers.

    And one of the biggest surprise was you did not metioned the reporting server as a troubleshooting tool nubmer one.
