Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp are both based, or build on the Flex Management Architecture (FMA). But what is the FMA really? How is it build, which components and services are involved and how do they all interact making it a more highly available and robust platform, or architecture then the Independent Management Architecture (IMA) ever was? During this session I will try and answer all of these questions while also briefly touching on the 'evolution' the FMA had gone though coming from XenDesktop version 5.x to where it is today with XenDesktop version 7.8 right around the corner.
