Modernize ASP.NET Web Forms with Visual Studio 2015

ASP.NET Core is a modern Web framework for building both Web UI and Web APIs. In this talk I'll show you how you can easily build secure Web APIs for rich browser applications and for native mobile apps.
Is it possible to use a Facebook OAuth token instead of the Azure Ad?
Why Individual User Accounts is disabled?
The video is missing.
Missing video :S
asp.net core is the change that Microsoft need it , well done !
Let see if the it will on the top frameworks which has a better response per second
I agree with the other two comments - the VIDEO is missing. Can you please post it. Thank You
I missed it please post the video
The video isn't missing guys it's just not ready yet.
Great stuff. I love it.
Why was "Individual User Accounts" option unselectable?
This was a really great video and I was enjoying it right until the secure part came in. I think that was glossed over a little bit too much, given that it's such an important thing to get right. I'm looking forward to seeing a follow up video that goes more indepth with things like AAD and Identityserver.
I agree with KushanTheCat. A more in depth explanation for the security would be nice as I agree, it is a very hard and important thing to get right. This goes along with individual user account. Thanks
Sorry another question. Is the individual user accounts disabled because you guys are going to implement Azure AD B2C for that because that would be awesome! And secondly does the ADAL support Angular 2 and if it doesn't is it on the road map? Thank you for your time.
Great talk!
Support for individual user accounts with the Web API template in VS is not available yet. We are still looking at providing a supported on premise offering for token issuance in addition to providing integration with Azure AD B2C.
@danroth27: it's been over a year and individual user accounts is still missing a non-azure option (just see Azure AD B2C option). I think you should keep the development platform (.NET) distinct from the hosting platform (Azure) and let customers pick based on merits of each.Support for individual user accounts with the Web API template in VS is not available yet.
